The first step. This is a 90 minute session including: Six Dimensional Posture Charting Gait analysis Recommendations for structural change. Bodywork treatment of primary restrictions.

Big Change Preliminary Bodywork

90 minute Full Body Massage to increase circulation, decrease muscle tension, release connective tissue restrictions PLUS, 90 minute Structural Balancing, including Visceral, Craniofacial, Temporomandibular and Atlas-Axis correction. These sessions are usually performed one and two weeks, respectively, before the Big Change Weekend to increase circulation, release fascial restrictions and prepare the nervous system to accept change.
